To create an account on w444, you must meet the following conditions. These form the basis of membership, and any violation may result in w444 suspending or terminating your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. w444 does not provide services to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect details may cause issues during account verification.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, provided each person uses a unique identity and payment method. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device or IP address, w444 may conduct an investigation.

Before placing a bet on w444, please familiarise yourself with the rules below. They are based on international standards and apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the live cash out option is available.
• If there are significant changes to a team's lineup or circumstances before a match begins, and the odds have already been set, the bet will stand.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, w444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.
• If a match is officially cancelled or does not conclude within 72 hours of its scheduled time, all bets on that match will be refunded.

Betting Limits

Limits may vary for specific events. The maximum payout per bet is ৳50 lakh.

All payment-related activities on w444 are governed by the following policy. We are providing these details in full in the interest of transparency.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes. Using w444 for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. A special verification process is required for withdrawals to a different method.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires a photo of your National ID or passport.
• In cases of suspicious activity, w444 may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation — this is for your own protection.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10x within 30 days. Each bet placed toward the wagering requirement must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback of 5% to 30% on weekly betting losses is available based on your VIP tier. No wagering is required on cashback.
• Reload Bonus: Available on select days or special events. 5x wagering applies.
• Free Bet: Winnings from promotional free bets (excluding the stake) may require 3x wagering before withdrawal.

Bonus abuse — such as placing opposing bets solely to claim a bonus, or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. If w444 detects such activity, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w444 platform in order to maintain a fair and safe environment. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture without prior notice.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system — including arbitrage betting or coordinated betting.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.

W444 reserves the right to monitor activity on any account. If a suspicious pattern is detected, an investigation will be initiated and the member will be given the opportunity to provide an explanation.

W444 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• As a precautionary measure during an ongoing investigation.
• If verification documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• As required by legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded.

• Your information will only be used for service delivery, security verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• Your information is never sold to marketers or third parties.

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection failure.
• When a payment is delayed due to a third-party issue, such as a bKash or Nagad server outage.

• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government-imposed restrictions, and similar circumstances.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a technical error on w444's end, appropriate compensation or a bet refund will be provided.

If you have a dispute regarding a betting decision, payment, or any other matter, please follow the process below:

• Step Two: If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate to a senior manager, who will respond within 48–72 hours.

Any balance or payment related to an ongoing dispute may be temporarily held — a resolution will be provided once the investigation is complete.
